SHIPPING POLICY

​​1. Shipment processing time:

All orders are dispatched within 3-4 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipment & order tracking: 

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email /WhatsApp. If you do not receive your tracking number or have any other questions, please contact us. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

As our personal care products have a small batch size of production and shelf life, most products are not returnable. 

We offer refunds and exchange in case of orders directly shipped by us and damages caused during transit.
